Victor Hedman’s A Naughty Boy

Not only did the Lightning draft the biggest, strongest and most NHL-ready player in the draft, they also drafted one horny 18-year-old.
That would be Swedish defenseman Victor Hedman. The kid’s got a helluva porn star name and he may just aspire to be one.
Now Joe isn’t making this up. Big Hedman said it himself in a Q & A with the St. Pete Times.
What’s the last book you read?
[Hedman:] I don’t want to say. The last one was Jenna Jameson, How to … Make Love Like a Porn Star. I read The Dirt about Motley Crue.
For those unfamiliar with the work of Jenna Jameson, Joe’s just going to say she was an extraordinarliy hard working porn star for about 15 years and is known for being a lover of the ladies and a shrewd entrepreneur.
What Hedman learned from his smut reading is anybody’s guess. If it helps him get physical in the crease and rebuild the Bolts’ blue line, he can read all the trash he wants.

Like the crease line Joe. Hedman will never live this down. If there are any PR folks left at the Lightning they might want to have a chat with him. Thankfully the newspaper didn’t ask him how he likes to relax.
